With Madejczyk's departure, Edgar Montiel, a former member of the Boys' Club of Cicero, was named the new Executive Director. As of 2023, Edgar Montiel not only continues to serve as the Executive Director but has also assumed the role of CEO, further solidifying his commitment to the organization's mission. Under his guidance, the Boys & Girls Club of Cicero has thrived, adapting to the evolving needs of young people and continuing to provide a safe haven where they can grow, learn, and thrive.
